Apprentices will also achieve a theory-based (or 'knowledge') qualification:

  • Certificate in Applying Business Improvement Techniques
  • Certificate in Business Improvement Techniques

  • Certificate in Improving Business Performance
  • Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques
