Apprentices will achieve a practical (or 'competence') qualification:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management (RQF)

Apprentices will also achieve a theory-based (or 'knowledge') qualification:

  • BTEC Diploma in Principles of Hospitality Management
  • Diploma in Advanced Hospitality and Tourism Management
  • Diploma in Principles of Hospitality Management
  • Diploma in Principles of Hospitality Management (RQF)
