  • NVQ Diploma in Beverage Service (RQF)
  • NVQ Diploma in Beverage Services
  • NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service
  • NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service (RQF)
  • NVQ Diploma in Food Service
  • NVQ Diploma in Food Service (RQF)

Apprentices will also achieve a theory-based (or 'knowledge') qualification:

  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Beverage Service)
  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Beverage Service) (RQF)
  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food and Beverage Service)
  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food and Beverage Service) (RQF)
  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service)
  • Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service) (RQF)
