The Big Life group is in the business of changing lives and creating opportunities. We provide Skills & Employment, Health & Wellbeing, and Children & Families services across Northern England. Our Skills and Employment division delivers apprenticeships, training and welfare to work services.
We work with our apprentices and employers to secure lasting and sustainable employment outcomes through long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. We achieve this through developing tailored packages that are relevant to their circumstances. As a social enterprise who invests 100% of our surplus back into services that benefit local communities, we can help employers evidence Corporate Social Responsibility goals alongside apprenticeship outcomes.
