Heathercroft Training Academy (HTA), established in 1991, is approved to deliver Apprenticeships in Childcare, Health & Social Care, ICT, Business Admin, Management & Cleaning & Environmental sectors.

The Company has held the IIP Award since 1996, the Matrix Standard since July 2009, & is currently a Grade 2 Ofsted Independent Training provider holding its own direct contract with the Skills Funding Agency.

Success rates for the past 3 years have remained consistently above both provider group & national averages. Rates for 2014/15 exceeded the national average by 16.2% for Success & by 14% for Timely success.
