Paragon is accredited to provide Apprenticeships, NVQs and other additional qualifications in the following sectors: Automotive & Marine; Business and Administration; Care; Childcare; Customer Service; Hairdressing, Barbering & Beauty and Hospitality; . In addition, Paragon provides Institute of Leadership and Management accredited qualifications.

The Apprenticeship programme is funded by the Education Skills Funding Agency and has been carefully designed by employers for employers. Young people get to build practical skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications while working, and employers gain a young person who can make a real contribution to their business.
