About this Provider

Springboard is a charity, established in 1975 with a mission statement to offer quality opportunities in which people can develop their personal and vocational skills to support the growth of sustainable communities.

We specialise in apprenticeships and, Inspected by Ofsted in March 2016, we were graded as a good provider.

We are proud of our apprentices and provide quality teaching, learning and assessment experiences for them all.

Local employers value the contribution our apprentices make to their business, one saying the outstanding support and training from Springboard as well as their own individual dedication and professionalism has proven them to be invaluable members of our staff team.
