About this Provider

Fircroft College provides bespoke training for organisations across the West Midlands. The Operational Management apprentices will benefit from Fircroft's team of highly experienced and qualified tutors who have been delivering ILM qualifications for many years. Your apprentices will benefit from online learning and real world classroom based learning at our beautiful college as appropriate to their needs. We have one of the highest learner satisfaction rates in the county at 96% (Department of Education and Education Skills Funding Agency, July 2017)

We will work with you to assess your employer and apprenticeship requirements and you will be allocated an account manager who will work closely with you and be available to answer any questions you have. We look forward to working with you.
