About this provider

Halifax Opportunities Trust is a registered Charity established in 2000 to continue some of the activities of the government funded West Central Halifax Partnership. Practically, our work involves helping people to find new or better jobs, to learn new skills, to start or grow businesses or to help raise their young families. The training arm was developed in 2008 in response to a need to grow the local childcare workforce and evolved into a high quality provider of apprenticeships across West Yorkshire with a particular focus on early years and teaching support. We offer flexible roll on roll off study programmes created to meet the needs of employer and apprentice, delivered in the workplace by knowledgeable sector experienced assessors.
