As a result apprentices acquire skills and knowledge that ensures benefits to their workplace as well as improving their own performance within it. The organisation works in partnership with SFA, colleges and consortia to offer both apprenticeships and single qualifications and is working to targets in excess of 85% achievement rate for delivery with existing partner relationships.
