About this provider
Business needs are at the centre of our apprenticeship delivery.
We maximise learning and minimise operational disruption by delivering 100% in the workplace and further support employers and apprentices with impartial skills advice, guidance and recruitment services.
Our understanding of business needs stems from our work with over 200 SMEs, government departments and further education colleges.
We have successfully delivered 330 apprenticeships in these organisations over the past year with a 96% positive destination rate.
Using this understanding, we deliver apprenticeships in such a way that rapidly upskills apprentices in the knowledge, skills and competencies required by employers, enhancing apprentice capability and productivity.
