Rathbone Training is a UK-wide youth charity, focusing on helping young people gain the right skills to help them move into apprenticeships.

We prepare young people to successfully move into apprenticeships through our pre-apprenticeship programmes.

We have been delivering apprenticeships for a wide range of occupations and sectors with all types of employers across the UK since 2008.

Today we specialising in working with SMEs across the North West, Yorkshire & Midlands to help them recruit young apprentices into their workforce. Growing their businesses with fresh talent is crucial to meet the ever changing skills demand placed on businesses.
