About this Provider

The Port of Tilbury has been delivering Apprenticeship programmes to candidates within our workforce and other employers across the England. The Port of Tilbury Academy offers training to our employees on-site and other employers staff who are in the logistics and procurement sector. Supporting employers to develop a productive and skilled workforce by embedding the behavioural requirement of the workforce in the 21st Century. We are currently working with employers to develop Apprenticeship delivery to meet their needs using Apprenticeship Frameworks and the new apprenticeship standards. The organisation has received award from: Worshipful Company of Carmen- Herbert Crow Memorial Award for working with Apprentices and Trainees, Containerisation Award's 2015, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, Thurrock Business Award's: Staff training and Development.
