About this provider

The Credit Services Association is a Trade Association which represents the Debt Collection/Purchase Sector in the UK. Amongst a range of services we provide including a binding code of conduct for members,compliance advice and guidance, we offer training and qualifications in Debt Collection and Compliance. Our apprenticeship programmes are available across England and we specialise in Credit and Collections,Compliance and Management and Leadership. Wholly employer-owned, our apprenticeship programmes are designed to meet the needs of your business and we work in full partnership with employers to ensure your apprenticeship programmes add real value to your recruitment, talent management and people development strategy.
